Dr. Ruby Wright

About me

I am a theoretical astrophysicist interested in understanding gas flows and galaxy evolution using cosmological simulations. I am currently working at the University of Helsinki as a postdoctoral fellow – check out our research group page here! Prior to this, I spent some time at the Flatiron Institute in New York City as an Australian Fulbright postdoctoral scholar. I completed my PhD at the University of Western Australia in 2022, having been supervised by Dr. Claudia Lagos and Prof. Chris Power at  the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR).
